Electronic model of turbine drive flow for its direct optimization
Abstract
Work has described in theses is dedicated to problem of creating finite-element models of high-quality for gasdynamic research. Is offered model composed like a combination of separated parts-modules connected together in preprocessor Ansys CFX-Pre. Model has opportunity to include modules created in purely arbitrary 3D-modeling and meshing systems. Even so it keeps correctness what was shown by test-computing. Model processes flexibility and versatility and can be applied for analysis of turbomachines and similar-topology devices.
Design improvement of multi-film rotor journal bearings of diesel engine turbochargers
Abstract
Three developed models of diesel engine turbocharger rotor journal bearings are presented. Numerical comparative experiments for these models designed for turbocharger TKR-8.5S are made by application of the hydrodynamic prediction methodic for multi-film journal bearing. Prospects of application of the developed designs are proved.
The optimization of the turbine blade-disk interlock of the type “fir tree”
Abstract
The stiffness stress state in the interlock blade-disk of the type “fir tree” in the condition of crack birth is examined here. The changing of the stiffness of a stress state is considered in depending on the basic interlock angels. The approach for the interlock optimization provides the increase of the fracture strength.
Operate reliability enhancement of thermogenerator modules for heat engine with acoustic emission method
Abstract
Methodology preparation of thermogenerator modules (TGM) selection for heat engine in backend of the assembly process with acoustic emission method is carried out. Acoustic emission (AE) method and its informative attributes are justified for TGM quality control. Special amplitude informative AE parameters were introduced for this purpose. There are also results of ТGМ longevity test with AE signals registration and selection method in this paper.

Abstract
New approaches to estimation of a roughness of rollers’ surfaces after finishing processing are offered in the article. During research two methods were compared. The first method is traditional – researching the profile of the surfaces. The second is based on application of optical-electronic means and computer technologies. Results of comparison of a roughness of a surface after grindings by abrasive circles are presented.
the research of the influence of the maximal stress duration in the cycle of loading upon the low-cycle fatigue and the long-term strength of the turbine shaft made of the material ЭИ 961-Ш
Abstract
The results of the experimental research of the interference influence of the cyclic and static failure rate on the low-cycle fatigue and long-term strength of the turbine shaft made of material ЭИ 961-Ш at the temperature of 5000C are examined here. The tests were carried out in the conditions of the cyclic, static and repeated static loading of the standard specimens and LPT shafts of a gas turbine.
The determination of the efficient parameters of surface strenghtening the thin-walled and the small-hard parts of gas turbine engines based on deformation tolerance
Abstract
The energetic method for determination of the efficient parameters of strengthening has been developed on the basis of the analysis of the residual stress of parts as well as on the initial stress conception. This method provides the increase of the endurance strength and the relationship of parts within the limits of technological tolerance. The realization of the method is described on the example of shot peening strengthening.
Methods calculation of fatigue crack growth period and her it’s graphic generalization

As a principle we have used the limiteds diagrams of stress intensity factors and the Paris formula. Given methods allows quantitative to value residual longevity of the details with developing fatigue crack (creeping) and velocity of her its growing by means of kinetic diagram.

Abstract
Process of formation of ice on walls of cryogenic tanks of carrier rockets is observed, theoretical calculation of weight of ice formed of the rain water which has got on a cold wall of a tank is carried out, experimental researches of process of formation of ice, and also protection methods cryogenic surfaces from ice formation are spent.

Probabilistic estimate of compressor blades durability to foreign object damage
Abstract
Foreign object damage is a significant cause of failure in gas turbine engines. The paper describes a methodology for probabilistic estimation of real compressor blades durability to foreign object damage. The methodology is based on numerical and experimental modeling of blade damage, experimental and computational procedure for assessment the fatigue strength loss of the damaged blades using minimum fatigue tests, failure probability calculation. The methodology may be used for evaluation the efficiency of durability rising procedures.

This article describes the actual experience with the integrated CAD/CAM system for the development of control programs for the multi-channel CNC machining. Author describes the methods of channel synchronization during the simultaneous milling-lathing machining. Aspects of postprocessor development are shown on the example of threechannel machine tool.

Abstract
Using the scheme of radiant heat transfer between the unbounded plane and rows of tubes in parallel planes, considered heat transfer inkjet linen cloths coolant moving in the longitudinal direction of die refrigerator drip emitters and ending in space. A design scheme of temperature changes during cooling jet linen cloths in space. We calculated the formula for determining the current and the average temperature along the length of linen cloths, as well as the length of linen cloths depending on the heat load from the Erase spacecraft. Using the proposed simple model of heat transfer inkjet linen cloths refrigerator drip emitters and space led to the practical coincidence of our calculations the number of drop of heat into outer space droplets refrigerator and the average temperature along the length of the jet with the results obtained using a complex model of heat transfer drop linen cloths Konyukhov G.V.
The comparative analysis of ways for manufacturing of forging pipes made from C17200 alloy for friction bearings for hard loaded parts
Abstract
The question of influence of forging technology on alloy C17200 microstructure and operational properties of pipe products in this article is considered. On the basis of the analysis of a microstructure the conclusions are drawn about primary mechanisms of plastic deformation in such processes as direct hot pressing and isothermal punching.
Decrease in toxicity of transport diesel engines by neutralisation nitrogen oxide of the fulfilled gases
Abstract
The basic toxic components of the fulfilled gases of engines are nitrogen oxide. One of the most perspective methods of decrease in toxicity of diesel engines is the method not catalytic reaction restoration NOx by ammonia. The design procedure of the constructive sizes of neutralizer taking into account features of diesel engines is developed.

Optimization characteristics of rotor-support system from NK-14ST free power turbine with consider statics and dynamics propertys
Abstract
Issues of choosing supports for modernizing free power turbines, calculations and optimization of working characteristics of slide bearings are analyzed. The differential equations of rotor motion regarding its design features are presented. The results of the calculations of forced oscillations upon the system are shown and an analysis of the feasibility of improving the support of a free power turbine is given.
Effect of coagulation of drops on fuel spray characteristics behind atomizers
Abstract
Coagulation (fusion) of particles is one of the main reasons of dispersion evolution, which means mechanical mixture of environment (gaseous and liquid) with particles of disperse phase (solid or liquid). The phenomenon is observed in various physical situations: in solutions – Brownian coagulation, in rain drops formation process – gravitation coagulation in combustion chambers over atomizers – turbulent coagulation. The time evolution of particle size distribution due to Brownian and turbulent coagulation in combustion chambers was systematically investigated.
The mixing efficiency of liquid droplet fuel and air flow in the frontal swirl devices
Abstract
This work devoted to investigation of frontal swirl device for low-emission combustion chamber. It deals with the mixing processes of liquid droplet fuel and air flows. The numerical model includes the Reynolds equations and Lagrangian individual droplet equations. Fuel distribution calculations for any constructions of swirler were made. The results show the agreement coincident of experimental and calculation results.

Forecasting of the properties of structural materials and the choice of optimal technologies of their production
Abstract
The method of billets production by casting has been introduced. It allows controlling the composition and the structure of the billets’ material at the expense of variations of chemical structure, temperature regimes, as well as artificial mechanical and other impacts on the flux during crystallization processes. The interdependence between the produced structure and mechanical properties of the material has been researched.
Method of calculating of the load characteristics of cylindrical support with a discrete location of elastic damping elements of the MR material
Abstract
The paper shows the method of calculation of static load characteristics of cylindrical support with discrete distribution of elastic damping elements made of pressed wire MR material. The method is based on the experimentally determined nonlinear material properties, operating in the free volume in its compression and on the generalized curves obtained during compression in a confined space.
Particularity of thermal condition computation oF LRE with cooling by liquid oxygen
Abstract
In this article considered computation of thermal condition of new LRE with cooling by liquid oxygen. Substantiation of LRE cooling channel design is considered, analysis of various procedures of computation convection heat flux and heat transfer coefficient is performed. As the result distribution of chamber wall temperature (hot gas side) and coolant pressure is presented. Recommendations on lowering wall temperature and it measuring during fire tests is proposed.

Abstract
This article describes the research work of influence of gas-filled "vessel-pipeline-valve" system element parameters on nature and quantitative indexes of initial pressure waves appeared after change of valve cross section. The mathematical model describing initiation of flow in the gas-filled pipeline during valve opening. The scheme of calculation of non-stationary movement of a nonviscous compressed liquid in the pipeline which area changes on time and longitudinal coordinate is offered.
Consideration of active forces at internal-combustion engine analysis in MSC.ADAMS environment
Abstract
The dynamic analysis of internal-combustion engine in MSC.ADAMS environment requires calculation of piston applied gas pressure forces versus piston motion ratio. The analysis of indicator diagram is performed with KDAM code application depending upon piston diameter, compression ratio, pressure gain, advance angle. The dynamic analyses have been performed for in-line, V-type and opposed internal-combustion engines.
The interconnection between the benzo(a)pyrene and the soot emissions heat-engine using hydrocarbons fuels
Abstract
The benzo(a)pyrene absorption on the soot particles are viewed. The investigation is carryed out of the absorption properties carbons absorbents (activated carbon and soot) to benzo(a)pyrene and estimate the possible extraction. A hypothesis about difference of experimental data benzo(a)pyrene emissions by heat-engine was expressed.

Dependence between microscopic characteristics of the material MR and parameters of press forming
Abstract
In the work approximation of a solid medium is developed for the description of the material MR. The relationship between structure elements (microscopic parameters x and σd) and macroscopic parameters of the whole model N and П. The “liquid drop model” of the material MR is constructed. The consecutive thermodynamic description of engineering process of the material MR manufacturing is offered. The dynamics of the material MR’s characteristics in engineering space are researched. The distribution function of pores along dimensions is got. The evident dependence of an average pore size of the material MR on compaction pressure is received. Good fit of theoretic and experimental data is got.

Calculation of the first resonant frequency and the first resonant factor of a sound absorption of material МR
Abstract
It is possible to express sound-proof property of material МR (MR) by the first resonant frequency (FRF) and by the first resonant factor of a sound absorption аg. In work the equation of calculation of the FRF of МR in function of cos, from which the graphic way receives the FRF is received. After comparison of values of the FRF treated as a result of the decision of the formula with values, received by a method of long lines, it is drawn a conclusion on greater accuracy of new method. Considering influence of attenuation of a resonance of pores, for coth yh the amendment is made. As a result of the decision of two equations are received the first resonant factor of a sound absorption аg. After comparison with the measured values аg, it is drawn a conclusion on accuracy of calculation information.
Influence of the frequency and load on wave deformation processes under high cycle fatigue
Abstract
Main and fatigue crack front in homogeneity under high cycle loading was considered. It was considered in the view of wave deformation process in metals. Represented rules on the basis of plane longitudinal section hypothesis allow using wave equations for crack structure description. This method of crack front differential analysis is the basis of cyclic strength wave theory.
Productivity enhancement by modelling based ONMRPII/ERP systems
Abstract
The issue describes is reflect the basic aspects of the managerial and economical modeling of industrial systems, as well as main methodologies of the business-process modeling. The article provides us with some data about existing program packages of the ERP level by the example of Microsoft Axapta. The analysis is conducted of capabilities of corporate information system (CIS) for modeling of different industrial enterprise processes, and the main trends of research in the sphere of integration of CIS into the business-process modeling are indicated in the issue.
Properties and structure of "trivalent" chromium coatings, deposited with nanoparticles of metal oxides
Abstract
Physical-mechanical properties of chromium coatings, deposited from oxalic-sulphatic solution containing nanoparticles Al2O3 & ZrO2, are investigated. Results of accelerated corrosion test in the salt spray chamber by the cluster “trivalent” coatings with additional processing are represented. Structure & morphology of Cr(III)-coatings, deposited from solution containing nanoparticles Al2O3, are fixed by the methods of X-ray photoelectron & Auger electron spectroscopies (XPS & AES).
PDM implementation efficiency in mechanical industry

Research of laws of interaction of components in a liquid phase self-igniting liquid rocket fuel
Abstract
Experimental results of processes of interaction of components in a liquid phase of self-igniting liquid rocket fuel are presented. The data on sizes of time of an induction of reactions in a liquid phase and to temperatures of liquid and gas intermediate products is obtained. Sizes of completeness of transformation and degree of gasification of fuel at the given stage of transformation of fuel and influence on them of completeness of mixture of components in a liquid phase and time of stay of intermediate products are defined.
Researching error of blade locating in mechanism the POMKL–BLIK fixture by the system of approximate analysis of double-dimensional densities of probability
Abstract
The article is devoted to basing error research in blade fixturing mechanism setup of POMKL-BLIK device. The research is divided on two extended phases. The first experimental phase is carrying out to determine dispersion field by measuring etalon spatial locations with coordinate measuring machine. The processing of data obtained while experiment was executed on the second phase. The problem is in double-dimensional data spreading. Therefore the method of double-dimensional probability densities approximation was given in the article. The result of the experiment would be analytical expression of double-dimensional statistical law that describes random field of experimental points and probability fiducial intervals in double-dimensional space.
The analyze of work of throttle cooling system’s microheat exchanger, wich uses nitrogen with nearly critical parameters
Abstract
This paper deals with the work of throttle cooling system with standard tank and the work of throttle cooling system with cryogenic tank. It is done comparison of geometric and hydraulic characteristics micro heat exchangers both systems. It is shown a prospect of application of throttle cooling system with cryogenic tank for cooling of IRreceivers used in aerospace navigation and exploration systems.
Pulsing chambers of combustion and their application in aerospace engineering
Abstract
In article necessity of creation of air-rocket engine for perspective flying machines is shown and application in it of the chamber of combustion is proved. The current review of pulsing chambers wich are probably to apply in the space technics, the models is designed and tested by authors. The scheme of the combined engine with the direct-flow chamber of pulsing and a perpendicular supply of gas stream is developed. Fire tests of bench model of a power-plant are conducted and basic taktiko-technical characteristics are received.
Application’s ways of gas–turbine power plants of NK-family for upgrading of heat electric generation plant
Abstract
In this paper deals with actual questions and possible upgrading ways of heat electric generation plant with power and economy gas-turbine power plants of NK-family. It is also shown that gas-vapor devices are able to increase working power and efficiency of heat electric generation plants with minor investment outlays. This action allows to work on energy market in summer time and also during decreased heat consumption period.

With use of mathematical model of the space (twisted) viscous (turbulent) flow of a single-component propulsive mass in a trans-and supersonic areas on the basis of system of the equations of Nave-Stokes and the software of computer systems ANSYS CFX and STAR-CD CD-adapco, distribution of gasdynamic properties in Laval nozzles is gained and some regularity of such type of flows is determined.
Methodology complex of hardware-in-the-loop functional modelling of gas turbines and its systems

The problems of building of adequate structural complex gas turbine model for hardware-in-the-loop investigation of the automatic control system behavior with system faults are discussed. The structure and technology for creation of the adequate complex gas turbine model with an example of twin-shaft bypass reheat turbo jet for hardware-in-the-loop simulation, including a special complex of models of switching between operation and reconfiguration in FADEC control-and-condition-monitoring systems with system faults are offered.
