Abstract
The paper deals with choosing parameters of a production preparation system when preparing engineering documentation at a mechanical engineering enterprise. The parameters chosen should make it possible to assess and control the system’s efficiency. The choice is based on the system’s analysis using the process approach and presenting the system as a complex organizational one.
