Abstract
For support stable optical axes of diagnostic system and exception of temperature source and receiver dependence is advantageous to both functions coincidence in one elements. This possibility is enable due to semiconductor lasers feedback effect. The semiconductor laser performance with external feedback is described by complex resonator.
