Models competence of bachelor and master’s degree for innovation machine building

The task of harmonization of requirements to the specialists is discussed on the example of Bachelor and Master’s degree competence models for high-technology innovation machine-building. The requirements are in National Qualification System, Professional Standards as well as Federal State and Educational Standards. The results of priority peer review of Bachelor and Master’s degree competence are given. The methods of using the peer review obtained for construction of the basic educational program and curriculum are suggested.
