Abstract

In the article the results of testing the efficiency of the developed model and technology of forming teachers readiness to fulfill tutor’s activity is being analyzed. The lack of tutors or their insufficient readiness (professional, psychological and technical) to fulfill tutor’s activity seems to be the main obstacle in introducing distance learning in the Russian educational system.
