Abstract
The early stage vanes are among the major components of the high-temperature gas turbines that have significant influence on the failure-free operation parameters of the engine as a whole.
The article deals with the data on the occurrence of cooling defect of the nozzle guide vanes of the 1st stage of the turbine of the engine unit of the supersonic aircraft, as well as with the set of actions to ensure the required level of reliability of operation for this particular unit and for the engine as a whole.
