Abstract
The method of calculation of durability of grinding circles is described. Various constructions of grinding circles are considered, such as integral and modular circles with direct and cup-cylindrical profile with interrupted, discontinuous, compositional and combined cutting surface. Parametrical models are made for this type of grinding circles, which allows calculating stresses at various conditions. Also is made analysis of demand torque forces on intense condition of grinding circle.
