Abstract
The paper proposes a structure of culture and educational space of the state separating three obligatory elements interconnected by hierarchical relations: national education, state and civilised education, wored or global education. The three – level model of cultural and educational space makes it possible to define more clearly and to give concrete expression to the goals of education, the forms and methods of the modern educational system in Russia.
