Model of varigrained particle stream moving by hypersonic combustion materials investigation
Abstract
Mathematical model of a motion of varigrained particles in combustion-gas stream of hypersonic stream generator has been developed. Dependences of impulse and energetic characteristics of inoverexpanded two-phase from process parameters are received. Research influence of gas stream generator parameters on particles kinetic energy carried out.
The phase characteristic of force cutting and its role in occurrence and development of self-oscillations at sharpening not rigid details of aviation engines
Abstract
Considered the physical nature of the phase characteristic of force cutting. It is proved, that during the process of cutting with occurrence of vibrations, the phase characteristic of force cutting can represent both backlog, and an advance of force cutting in relation to changing thickness of a shear. The data brought influence of value backlog on amplitude of self-oscillations.
Ways 3D parametrization TJ blades for use CAD/CAM/CAE packages
Abstract
Article is devoted to an actual problem of modern aviation propulsion engineering - to creation of parametrical model blades. In article results of work on parametrization blades the compressor of 7 steps of engine NK 14 ST are resulted. The program on creation macros for formation 3D is submitted to model to a feather blades. Areas of use of results of work are discussed.
Creation of the database for electrochemical processing with the purpose of optimization of process of the choice of electrolit
Abstract
Article is devoted to an actual problem of modern aviation propulsion engineering - to selection of optimum parameters at pulse final electrochemical processing’s (ECM) to a feather TJ blades. In clause results of work on optimization of a choice of electrolit for the ECM are resulted. The database connecting materials and electrolits for their processing the ECMis submitted. Areas of use of the Created database are discussed.
Perfection of technological preparation of manufacture of blades of compressor GTD on the basis of use of parametrical models
Abstract
Complex researches the ECM heat resisting deformable CrNi-steel ЭП-517Ш (15Х12Н2МВФАБ-Ш) are lead. The offered technology pulse the ECM allows to receive details corresponding to requirements of the drawing both in the sizes, and on quality of a superficial layer.
Perspective tendencies of power expenditure decrease when grinding
Abstract
The research results of power-consuming discrete and electroabrasive grinding processes are presented. It is demonstrated, that in comparison with an ordinary abrasive grinding these processes ensure a considerable power specific expenditure decrease and therefore may be considered as perspective, resource saving processes.
Hydrogenium saturation research for finishing pulsed electrochemical machining of titan alloy (BT9) TJ blades
Abstract
Hydrogenium saturation of a machined surface for finished pulsed electrochemical machining (ECM) of titan alloy (BT9) TJ blades is an important problem of modern aviation propulsion engineering. The article gives the results technological factors research influence on Hydrogenium saturation of the processed surface. The equation of regression for Hydrogenium saturation and based technological factors of finished pulsed ECM was presented. The fields of the application of the research results are discussed.
The prowiding of the given fccuracy of the second tipe dimensions for finished pulse electrochemical machining of low stiffness detals
Abstract
The providing of the given accuracy of the second type dimensions is an important problem for all kinds of machining for low stiffness details. It is very impotent problem for finished pulse electrochemical machining of compressors blades. The scheme modification principles for ECM execution are suggested. Manners and means which were designed according to suggested principles describe. Fields for application of the proposed principles and developed manners and means are discussed.
To a question on function of differential in adjustment tooth milling machine
Abstract
Clause states a technique of adjustment of a circuit of division tooth milling machine with the differential mechanism. This summing mechanism is applied to reception by independent cinematicsing of adjustment on a corner of an inclination tooths thread of a wheel. In this mechanismthe addition of two movements in one under the formula Villisa is analyzed, with the purpose of reception of the transfer relation of unit of adjustment of a circuit of division. Two widespread types of differential mechanisms are considered.
Study of flow characteristics in straight-flow combustion chamber with sudden expansion
Abstract
An experimental study of flow characteristics in a straight-flow combustion chamber with sudden expansion has been conducted. As a result of this study, the following curves have been obtained: flow average speed and speed pulsation at the channel entry point and at the channel cross-sections along its length; variation of speed, turbulence, longitudinal-axis and transverse-axis pulsation components of speed on the channel axis as well as back flow speed variation. The calculation of flow based on solution of boundary layer equations satisfactorily coincides with the experimental data.
Critical rotation frequency estimation of multispan rotors as rotors with elastic foundation
Abstract
In article it was told about a range of application of installations with multisupport rotors and necessity of exclude of work of such installations on critical modes or near to them.
Approaches in the solution of problems of definition of critical frequencies of rotation multisupport rotors among which the method of calculation such rotors as rotors on the elastic basis are offered. The example of calculation multisupport rotors of acoustic stand was presented. Advantages of the given method, and also possibility of his use are specified.
The community of the ideal and complex cycles of the gas-turbine installations
Abstract
This article compares the effective specific operation of the complex cycles with intermediate cooling (heating) by providing the equality of effective efficiency of the simple and complex cycles and isotherm-adiabatic compression (expansion) by providing the maximum effective efficiency of these cycles.
Uniform and equidistant ways of structured computation grigd creation for CFD problems
Abstract
Two ways of structured plain algebraic computation grid for tetragonal regions with curvilinear sides are introduced. Uniform way can be used in tetragonal regions with arbitrary side shape. Equidistant way is used in regions where two opposite sides are equidistant.
Calculated study of tangential inclination of nozzle vanes influence on gas-dynamic efficiency of axial turbine stage
Abstract
The result of calculated study are stated and the changes of flow and losses structure in vane rows in transonic turbine stage by the tangential inclination of nozzle vanes have been justified in given article. Recommendations on the choice of bent vanes shape of the nozzle vane row have been suggested.

Abstract
The review and the analysis of existinq methods blades is presented. The constructive decisions and technique of definition of additional loading conditions for maintenance of destruction of fan blade on the set frequencies of rotation are proposed. The experimental investigations of determination of a efficiency control by destruction of fan blades for maintenance of check of casings containment capability are carried out.

Characteristics of metal rubber material for large short-term loading
Abstract
Metal Rubber is all-metal anisotropic material for vibration protection with high strength and damping. Ability of this material to keep its properties under high loading (compression in different directions, tension, shear) is researched in the present paper. Results of this research allows to calculate stability of vibration protection systems for shock loading.
Action of random vibration on non-linear dry friction damping system
Abstract
Dry friction systems (plate, rope, wire vibration isolators) are used widely for vibration protection. To calculate a random vibration loading on these systems an iteration process is proposed. This process takes into account a non linearity of stiffness and damping of dry friction system, and allows to calculate maximal displacement and maximal acceleration of protected object.
The devices for the diagnosis and control of turbine blades deformative condition during operation

The article gives an overview of known devices for the determination of blades working state in operational conditions, points out to the drawbacks of existing systems, describes the block diagram offered for turbo-units defective blades diagnosis, shows technical characteristics of the devices developed, its tests results and application examples.

Competitiveness of the enterprise is defining by transportability of the system of technical preparation. Development of the finite element model of vibroacoustical characteristics of pipe system
Abstract
The finite element mathematical model of dynamic characteristics of pipe system is developed. The model allows calculations of pipe characteristics under force excitation by oscillating fluid flow, including unsteady conditions. The pipe system can be of complex configuration. Results of calculation on the developed model are presented.
