Abstract
Defect is considered as set of dependences on other defects. On degradation processes accumulate the subjective reasons (infringements of service conditions, inadmissible loadings, use of inadmissible operational materials, etc.). A difficult component is the complex reason in the form of operational defect: the constructive, technological and operational factor.
