Abstract
The natural influences that cause emergency situations (such as earthquakes, tornadoes, landslides, subsidence of rock etc.) couldn’t be controlled and that’s why the enough level of safety for these causes should be satisfied during design. It is necessary to notice, that models of rare events are widely used in safety calculations.
In this paper for safety and risk indexes estimation of the concerned pipeline the Bolotin’s theory is used.Method of interpolation polynomials is used for statistical dynamics problems.
