Abstract
The study deals with the dynamic problem of production planning durig the start-up period and its solution. The problem is defined as the problem of optimal management of a discrete system. An analytical decision is found using the discrete Pontriagin's maximum principle. The research of startup period parameters influence on the optimal distribution of the volume of output is presented.
