Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of risk management in developing quality management system processes. A model of FMEA-analysis based on the calculation of the priority number of risks for inconsistencies, their causes and consequences taking into account changes in the "incidence" and “capability of detection” with the simultaneous occurrence of several adverse events.
