Analysis of the causes of auger-centrifugal pump bearing destruction

Abstract


The main causes of vibration and pulsation loading of a combined pump’s elements are described in the paper. Measures to reduce them are proposed on the basis of numerical and experimental analysis. Numerical calculations of the measures proposed are assessed experimentally. Numerical and experimental analysis of the influence of combined air on the loaded state of the pump is described.
