Method of controllung the angular position of IO ASD relative to the system of coordinates of a gyrostabilized platform

Abstract

The paper deals with a method of determining and checking the angular deviation of the actual position of the optical astro-sighting device instrument (IO ASD) relative to its reference target position on a gyrostabilized platform (GSP). The structure of a three-degree-of-freedom gyrostabilizer (TGS) that makes it possible to solve the assigned problem is described. An algorithm of determining the angles of the actual position of the IO ASD on a GSP is presented. The results of verifying the method using the actual devices of the TGS are given.
