Abstract
The paper presents a computer model of masses of the basic aircraft units at the stage of technical proposals in a 3D CAD system CATIA .Comparative analysis of the models of aircraft part masses is carried out. An algorithm of automatic aircraft plane balance is proposed on the basis of the 3D model developed.
