Method of confocal laser fluorescence microscopy for the control of bone marrow cells

Abstract

The paper shows the use of confocal laser microscopy for the assessing of viability of mesenchymal bone marrow stromal cells of a rabbit with the resolution of 400 nanometers. A three-dimensional structure of cells is obtained by this method.
