Abstract
In the article the possibility of formation at students of technical university of occupational mobility as an integrative indicator of quality of their training to the future professional activity is viewed. Special attention is paid to the formation of adaptive constituent of occupational mobility at the heart of which lie personal characteristics of students–future engineers, adaptive to the cognitive and communicative activity. It is shown which personal characteristics can be successfully developed in the process of study of foreign language.
