USE OF EVOLUTIONARY TRENDS OF A SYSTEM APPROACH TO STUDY OF SOCIETY

Abstract

The article deals with the evolutionary stage of development of the system approach in the study of social phenomena. The undoubted merit of this stage is that within its framework scientists have managed to formulate ideas about self-regulating and self- developing systems. At the heart of their life special programs are laid. At the same time, the dynamic process approach to the system consideration is substantiated. The contents of all the traditional system concepts are substantiallly expanded, and new ones are added. It also allows to increase the cognitive potential of scientists in the field of social sciences.

GROUP REFLECTION AS A FACTOR OF EFFICIENCY OF JOINT OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract

Group reflection is examined as an organizational competence reflecting the group’s ability to analyze its own activities, evaluate joint actions and readiness to use its results in joint work. The level of development of group reflection is determined through the correspondence of the vision of the manager and employees of the prospects and level of the group’s socio-psychological development. The influence of group reflection and the position of the manager on the quality of production activity performance is considered. The influence of the leader’s motivating and controlling position on the number of violations of labor discipline and the occurrence of industrial incidents is investigated.

The article analyzes the conditions for the creation of a digital economy in the Russian Federation, suggests the direction of its construction, and specifies the features of its development.
The authors reveals the main problems that hamper the successful implementation of the digital society and suggests development directions, by creating a digital platform.

These approaches are crucial in the organization’s future-oriented activity in the formation of loyal customers. The study allows organizations to define their intentions as a strategic plan, based on an objective study of the client’s lifestyle and consumption trends, to plan specific marketing activities that should contribute to the creation of new market values.

Abstract

In the management of modern organizations there are constantly arising problems that require solutions based on known methodological tools. The article describes the approaches to use them in the design and reform of organizations. Story-playing, possibilitarian and problem-situational approaches have different advantages, are focused on certain types of operational activities of organizations and can be used to find and solve problems in the processes of organizational design. The conducted research allows to make a choice of various tools for the implementation of own plans of organizational design and redesign for improvement of quality and efficiency of their activity.

Abstract

Training in the field of economics and management requires developing skills of mathematical modeling in the analysis and optimization of managerial decisions. The course of economic and mathematical modeling facilitates the integration of knowledge of mathematical and economic disciplines, to consolidate skills in the use of modern software tools, formation of skills of independent creative work based on the study of a wide range of practical tools. The structure of the major themes of a practical training is developed based on the study of typical problems in the development of socio-economic objects. At the heart of learning should be used the method of specific situations that allows to develop creative abilities of trainees. Orientation course for self-instruction specifies the chosen thematic focus and consistency in the implementation of the tasks involved in constructing correlation- regression model predicting the chosen object of study.

ECONOMIC-MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF OPTIMIZATION OF SATELLITES OUTPUT TO ORBIT

Abstract

Serial production of satellites and their means of delivery, space launches cost reduction and investor interest in space projects determines the relevance of the global satellite systems creation ideas. The launch of a large number of satellites is associated with a number of economic problems, one of which is the optimization of the satellites output into a calculated orbit. This article considers one of the options of solving such a problem and provides the example of choosing the optimal launch vehicles for such satellite constellation projects as OneWeb, Starlink and Sphere.
