Abstract

Group reflection is examined as an organizational competence reflecting the group’s ability to analyze its own activities, evaluate joint actions and readiness to use its results in joint work. The level of development of group reflection is determined through the correspondence of the vision of the manager and employees of the prospects and level of the group’s socio-psychological development. The influence of group reflection and the position of the manager on the quality of production activity performance is considered. The influence of the leader’s motivating and controlling position on the number of violations of labor discipline and the occurrence of industrial incidents is investigated.
