Abstract
Basic design of aircraft is characterized by uncertainty of GTE; multicriterion - uncertainty of purpose; uncertainty (predictive of) the source of design data and other project solutions in these circumstances can be to find areas of compromise. Given these characteristics of the area received good values for workflow small helicopter GTE.
