Abstract
The article deals with modern problems of two-level education
system. The necessity of resolving contradiction between the high
school quality training and undergraduate employers requirements
to their personal characteristics is proved; the sociological survey
results of the employers opinions about the quality of graduates
and their potential adaptation to the labor market modern
requirements are presented.
