Abstract

In the article the problem of dramatic action is settled on the basis of considering the question of interaction of novel and drama. As the material for research a drama with a novel plot is used. It uncovers specifics of the author’s work with the hero and the event and allows to name the main principals of development of dramatic action in the late 20th century’s drama.
