Abstract

This article argues that contemporary education shifts the focus from the formation of knowledge to the formation of the ability to work with knowledge, from the organization of «work of consciousness» to the organization of «work with consciousness». It changes the methodological basis of pedagogical activity. The author examines three basic methodological principles determining the direction of activities of modern education: experience of working with consciousness (the experience of consciousness) is not an intellectual but existential achievement of a person; experience of working with consciousness discovers situational distinctness of a content of consciousness, which appears as the senses of consciousness; experience of working with consciousness requires that pupil’s questions (requests) determines the direction of education. The philosophical basis of the new methodology of education is not a Hegel’s «Science of Logic» but the Deleuze’s «Logic of Sense».
