Abstract
The article analyzes the structural features of party machinery that allowed them to
dominate the relationship with the organs of political education. The methods, some work in the field of political education in the era of the new economic policy (NEP) are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the nature of the interaction between the RCP(b) and main political and educational commitees, provincial committee of Nizhny Novgorod of the RCP(b) and provincial department of political education is presented.
