UNIVERSITY TEACHERS’ READINESS FORMATION SYSTEM TO THE USE OF E-LEARNING TOOLS

Abstract

The article presents high school teachers’ readiness formation system to the use of e-learning in the educational modernization trends; it describes the elements of readiness formation system, methodological approaches, principles and basic educational technologies which are used in teacher training course. It also describes the structure of university teachers’ e-learning tools ready-to-use. The efficiency of the system is substantiated: the results of the high school teachers’ readiness to use of e-learning tools
component values dynamics in their professional activities are presented. The conclusion about the growth of teachers’ orientation indicators on the use of e-learning tools for the solution of pedagogical tasks in the educational process is made.
