CONFLICTOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF A HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract

The article is devoted to the essence of notion of conflictological competence; it presents the results of diagnostics of high school teachers’ attitude to a conflict, the strategy of teacher’s reaction in the conflict situation, conflictogens, typical to high school teachers.
