Abstract
Aesthetic side of works by Dostoevsky and Nietzsche opens new ways of their understanding. Nietzsche’s theory detects the proximity with Christianity, as clear anti-Christian trends are detected in the «great Pentateuch» by Dostoevsky. Both thinkers are at the threshold of the 20th century and they differently provoke humanity on aesthetic and ideological rebellions.
