Abstract
In the article the analysis of poetics of tragedy in the play by L. Zinovieva-Annibal in the context of Vyacheslav Ivanov’s philosophical ideas and his poetic motives of ascent and descent, of masks of the suffering God and the victim is given. It also examines problems and poetic functions of everyday life and domestic space in Russian Art Nouveau and L. ZinovievaAnnibal’s writing.
