Abstract
In the article the results of research of different points of view on an organization as on an object are presented. Two models which can be used by the organizations of any nature and difficulty at realization of developing and improving actions are presented. Organization as a social system is represented in the form of a model. The elements of this model which are connected by aim in an integrated integrity may and should be viewed as a subject area for changes at increasing organization effectiveness. Ontological level allows to reveal the essential structure of organizational system. The matrix of organizational system for the definition of «place» of appearance and solving of organizational problems is presented.
