DIALECTICAL APPROACH OF MANIFESTATION OF NEEDS IN ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Abstract

In the article the antagonisms as the main source which forms necessity in organizational changes are viewed. In turn antagonisms are connected with modern paradigms of management which are preconditioned by the necessity of orientation on market. The constructive definition of the concept of organizational skill is given. The antagonisms are classified on three levels. The necessity to use the category of «meaning» in activity connected with changes is explained. Two perspective social tasks the decision of which will increase the effectiveness of management of organization and changes in it are formulated. The general order of realization of developmental changes is defined.
