Comparison of the spectral method of calculation of open dielectric waveguides beam method and the partial areas

Malyshev G., Novoselova N., Pavlovitch E., Titarenko A.

Abstract

We compare three methods of calculating the dispersion characteristics of open dielectric waveguides. We consider the spectral method, implying the expansion of the autonomous components of the field. Numerical results obtained by this method are compared with the results given by the method of partial areas, which when applied to the analysis of the open circular dielectric waveguides allows you to find the exact solution. The question of the correctness of the application of the ray method for calculation of the strip of dielectric waveguides.

A wave impedance determination for rectangular wave guide with two-layer filling

Aref’ev A.

Abstract

Provided that LE_0m-waves propagate, the expression for a wave impedance of rectangular wave guide with two-layer filling is derived. The dependences of a wave impedance of the transmission line on a frequency and on wave guide parameters are investigated.

Analysis and synthesis of topological radar detectors of low-contrast targets against the background of high intensity noise from the earth, sea and precipitation as the new branch of the statistical decision theory

Potapov A.

Abstract

The main ideas and strategic directions in synthesis of fundamentally new topological radar detectors of low-contrast objects have been considered. The objects detection is conducted against the background of reflections from the ground, sea and precipitations. The new topologic signs and methods of detection of low-contrast objects against the background of high-intensity noise are presented. The methods are based on the textural and fractal analysis and also on the theory of deterministic chaos. The main purpose of this work is to interpret the main directions of radio physics, radio engineering and radio location in «fractal» language that makes new ways and generalizations on future promising radio systems. The new kind and approach of up-to-date radiolocation: fractal-scaling or scale-invariant radiolocation has been proposed.

Recognition of reception posts of multi-position radar systems on reflective properties of antennas

Razin’kov S.

Abstract

On the basis of ideal observer criterion the algorithm of recognition of reception posts of multi-position radar systems on reflective properties of their antennas in case of radiation is constructed by multi-frequency signals. The unmasking sign of the reception antenna is contrast decrease in an effective surface of dispersion in a strip of working frequencies due to absorption of energy of the falling electromagnetic wave the approved loading. With use of wave fronts method the model is developed and the analysis of the disseminating properties of the mirror parabolic antenna is carried out; by results of measurement of mutual spectral density of capacity of the probing and reflected signals the experimental assessment of an effective surface of dispersion of this antenna is executed. The probability of the correct recognition of reception posts of the radar-tracking systems equipped with such antennas and the probability of a false alarm accompanying it are researched.

Discrete mappings of Thomson self-oscillatory systems with delay

Zaitsev V., Shilin A.

Abstract

New discrete mappings of Thomson type self-oscillatory systems with the delayed feedback are offered. Mappings are received by method of structural synthesis with use of the sequences of discrete counting of pulse characteristics of the resonators which are a part of self-oscillatory systems. The method of the slow-changing amplitudes is used for the analysis of response characteristics of self-oscillations in the discrete time. The example of generation of self-oscillations with discrete mapping of the oscillator of Van der Pol with delay is given.

The problem of capacity increase for radioengineering systems

Lerner I., Il’in G., Fayzullin R., Kadushkin V., Lopatina A.

Abstract

The article provides analysis of fundamental and applied studies that allows to evaluate the present-day state of information theory. It is revealed that the capacity of real radio-engineering data transmission systems in the absence of noise is limited by the dynamic properties of its linear selective chains. It is also shown what leads to non-Gaussian signal-plus-interference radioenvironment and necessity of effective operation in nonstationary parametric channels of the contemporary telecommunication systems.

CIE color space conversion in the strict the same contrast based tensor calculus

Lozhkyn L., Voronoj A., Soldatov A.

Abstract

This article discusses the development ravnokontrastnogo color space. This new color space ellipses known (for a two-dimensional space) or ellipsoids in three-dimensional space are transformed into a circle or regular spheres (balls), respectively. It is important to have ravnokontrastnuyu color system, in which the geometric difference of color differences would not depend on the compared colors (color) on the color chart.
