Abstract
In the article the analysis of the system of ideas and motives of the essay by Venedikt Erofeev “Vasily Rozanov by the eyes of an eccentric” («Prose for the journal “Veche”») which is based on the search by the author and the hero of the center (“core”) in the world, negated by the God is carried out.
