Abstract
The article is concerned with the structure of communicative activity and takes into consideration not only verbal means of communicative strategies realization but also structures of a more global level, such as a speech act, contextual and textual tactics. The study is carried out within the framework of pragmatic approach as applied to the study of discourse. The article presents an analysis of an interviewer’s communicative behavior in the context of mass media genre “interview”. The study utilizes transcriptional methods that gives more precise picture of interaction of communicants on interactional level
