Abstract

The article is devoted to scientific research concerning realization of rights of parents living separately in case of residence of the child with his stepfather (stepmother), cohabitor (cohabitant). Scientific research results and statistical data on the matter are investigated. The author proposes to discuss the question of strengthening contractual origins between the parents as living and not living together. The author’s point of view on determining the status of stepfather (stepmother), cohabitor (cohabitant) is presented.
