Abstract
In the article social policy which on the one hand serves as an immediate source of separate types of adaptive resources of a young family; on the other hand being endowed with corresponding power social policy is possible to impose on the young family its own understanding of their own development and thus stimulate or suppress their activity is viewed. An official discourse of social policy as the mechanism of this process forming certain normative idea about character, means and results of the process of adaptation of a young family to the transforming Russian society is shown.
