Abstract
In the article the main questions concerning the work of Internal Affairs Agencies in resistance to corporate raid of enterprises is viewed. The author analyses the concept of corporate raid and its kinds, gives examples. A foreign experience of fight with corporate raid and its directions which are necessary for the implementation in the Russian practice causes a great interest. In the work the activity of Internal Affairs Agencies in resistance to corporate raid is presented, the perspectives of the given work are shown.
