Abstract
The paper discusses the history of preparation and main points of Socialist-Revolutionary party draft program. At 1906, the first party congress approved this draft program with some corrections as the party program. After October 1917, Bolsheviks for tactical reasons «adopted» the program of land socialization, created by Social-Revolutionary party.
