Abstract
The article is devoted to revealing of the process of organizational formation of pioneer movement process in Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 20-30-ies years of the XX century. The main attention in this work the author emphasizes on the activity of children social organization during the period of «citizen society» formation in Soviet Russia.
