Abstract
In the article an approach to the study of phenomenon of burnout in the context of axiological paradigm is suggested, and the results of experimental research of interrelation between parameters of burnout and indicators of time perspective of personality and life-purpose orientations of subjects of professional pedagogical activity are described.
