Abstract
The paper deals with socio-practical experience functions analysis. Due the explication of named phenomenon the author puts forward special criteria for classification of this experience. The first criterion enables to define in general terms the social goal of historical experience; the second - to reveal concrete technologies related to this experience impact upon the sociopolitical reality.
