Abstract
The problem of periodization of revolutionary process in Russia is considered in the article. The author suggests to use possibilities of analysis of mass moods in the USSR in 1920ies years for definition of recreation component of the crisis. After analysis the contents of information reports of regional departments of OGPU, the author comes to conclusion that the formalization of idea of social equalization in addition to struggle for purity of local party and state administration will promote to the legitimization of power in peasant consciousness.
