Abstract

The article dwells on the problems of determination of some methodological principles of management of methodological work in an institution of higher education under the circumstances of innovative processes. It discusses the essence, the structure of methodological competence of a tutor, it offers the contents and means of its formation in the circumstances of improvement of tutors’ qualifications in an institution of higher education.
