THE FORMATION OF POLITICAL AGENDA IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS TO THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE 2000-IES AND THE POLITICIZATION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article considers the processes of inclusion in the policy of non-political issues in the texts of the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the 2000-ies. These processes are interpreted as manifestations of the politicization of public relations.
