Abstract

The work describes theoretical aspects of study of the definition and content of educational
services. It is shown that the educational program of the University is a collection
of educational services and educational complex, aimed at changing the training or
the educational level of the consumer of the labour market and provided with the necessary
resources of a given educational organization.
