Along with positive trends in the Samara region, negative factors affecting the
labor market are noted. The optimization of the number of employees at enterprises
due to structural changes in the economy of the region and the modernization of
industrial enterprises contributes to the increase of employment, but, on the other
hand, accompanied by the phenomenon of the release of workers leads to an increase
in the number of unemployed.

The article analyzes the development of theoretical approaches of interpreting
investment value in foreign and Russian literature, international standards and domestic
legislation. Due to the analysis, the necessity of transition to a broader interpretation of
the concept of investment value, taking into account not only investment but also
operational goals, is proved in Russian practice. Author's classification of operational
goals is given, which can be taken into account during assessing the investment value.

The main source of wealth of society and the main factor in creating spiritual and
material wealth of mankind is labor. Work is an expedient human activity aimed at
adapting and modifying objects of nature to meet certain needs. Labor is the economic
category and its nature is determined by the production relations.

The industrial potential of each region is the basis of its development. It defines the
guidelines for state policy. The Samara region has a particularly unique presence of
large and technologically active industrial enterprises, in which modern competitive
industrial and other industries are actively formed and developed. In the production of
a number of important nomenclature products for the Samara Region, the Samara
Region has a significant share in the production of Russia.

The article analyzes the features of innovative activity in the production of
reinforced concrete products. The review of interpretations in the historical perspective
of the concept of «innovation» was conducted, which made it possible to identify the
most relevant for the production of reinforced concrete products. The types of
innovations are systematized according to various criteria. Based on the review of
types of innovations, the author's classification is proposed, which is necessary for
analyzing the types of innovations in the production of reinforced concrete products.

Currently, there is a period of intensive development of the banking sector in the
Russian Federation, advertising of banking services is increasingly becoming the
subject of marketing research conducted to improve the effectiveness of organized
advertising campaigns. The provided package of banking services is more and more
unified, and the differences in the organized types of service of different banks are
becoming less noticeable, therefore, the perception of the customers by the customers
of the bank brand becomes a key tool for attracting new customers.

One of the key tasks in the banking sector of the Russian Federation is to optimize
the existing structure of banking products and services, which must be balanced in
terms of both their effectiveness and diversity, which will allow the bank to react more
quickly to changing market conditions. Another task is to create an optimal correlation
between "new" and "old" banking services, i.e. the level of balance between newly
created and existing banking products and services.

The article is devoted to the issue of ethno-confessional evolution on the territory of
the Samara Region. Author deals with actual problem of ethno-cultural centers. Some
statistical and historic facts about ethno-confessional relations in the Samara Region
were discussed in this article.

In the article the importance of applying portfolio management models to investing
in stock markets is viewed. Since the stock market in our country has a number of peculiarities,
it is necessary to use more active investment strategies to ensure a stable
rate of return when investing in Russian exchange assets. The Black-Litterman’s optimal
portfolio model allows to increase the efficiency of investing in the Russian stock
market.

The given work is devoted to the investigation of economic factors that determine gas
transportation, and also to the analysis of this process by means of mathematical methods.
In the work apparatus of one-factor and two-factor dispersion analysis are used.
