Abstract
In the article the authors discuss the issues of solving topical issue of formation of conflictological competence of a head of a modern organization. In the article methods of formation of conflictological competencies of heads and workers of an organization are analyzed. Methodological support of the system of conflictological training is viewed. The authors of the article give examples of different conflictological tasks used at the carrying out of instructional trainings aimed at prevention of destructive conflicts and an occupational stress of personnel of an organization.
