Abstract
The article discusses the new concept of management - controlling. Represented by terms that reflect the content of the concept of \\\"controlling\\\": in the enterprise management system controlling and can be represented as an economic evaluation, and support as prepared solutions. Controlling can be directed at improving the existing production, introduction of new technologies, new kinds of products, personnel management. For effective functioning, ensuring the company\\\'s competitiveness, it is necessary to develop and implement a system for controlling personnel.
