Abstract
In the article the law enforcement of Chapter 50 of the Criminal Procedure Code is described. For preparing this report, the author have studied the 200 material of criminal cases (where accused were juvenile), was considered in the courts of Samara region. The paper also argues for usage restorative technologies in juvenile justice.
