ANALYSIS AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MARKET FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES IN THE SAMARA REGION
Abstract
On the territory of the municipal formations of the Samara Region, there are both single
local markets for housing and communal services of the region and local markets on the
territory of municipalities that do not coincide in their boundaries, but overlap and intersect
each other. This is due to the fact that, on the one hand, the housing and utilities market
belongs to natural monopolies for a certain number of services, and on the other hand, the
ability to have a large number of organizations that provide competitive services is limited
to the number of consumers, consumption volumes and high maintenance costs of
organizations-producers of services.
ADVERTISING ACTIVITY: CONCEPT, ROLE, FUNCTIONS, MAIN PROVISIONS
Abstract
Advertising is always in demand in any society. Correctly presented and described
goods, quickly purchased, it raises demand. Modern economy offers new options for
organizing promotional activities, leveling and assimilating the features of national
advertising in the global advertising space. By the beginning of the ХIX century,
advertising had become an integral part of culture of modern society, aggressively
integrating into both cultural and economic models of different countries, having a
significant impact on the existing economic systems of states.
ANALYSIS OF LABOR MARKET INDICATORS IN THE SAMARA REGION
Abstract
At present, the development of labor market in the Samara Region is of increasing interest.
The value of indicators such as: the number of the able-bodied population and its growth rates, birth rate, educational level, and the structure of labor resources by age and sex reveal the supply of labor in the regional market under study.It should also be noted that without taking into account and analyzing the unemployment factor it is impossible to determine the full picture on the labor market in the Samara Region.
ON THE ISSUE OF INTERNAL TRADE IN THE REGION
Abstract
Regional trade is the most important sphere of life support and a way of improving the
quality of life of the population of the region. Domestic trade is interrelated both with
individual industries and with the entire economy of the country and individual regions in
order to achieve a market equilibrium of the volumes, types and quality of supply of goods
and services to the required volumes, types and quality of demand in the consumer market.
WHOLESALE AND RETAIL SALES OF THE SAMARA REGION
Abstract
In the regional dynamics of retail trade turnover, the growth and development of
regional production are directly reflected, on the one hand, as well as a continuous rise in
the welfare and culture of the population on the other. It affects the quantitative and
qualitative indicators of the activities of trade organizations. Such indicators as profit,
income, profitability, circulation costs, wages, the number of trade workers, the level of
financial standing of organizations and enterprises depend on its structure and volume, etc.

and, if we consider the process from the point of view of human capital formation, formed
professional competence, skills and abilities of the consumer as a newly created specialist.
